Sistema vыsšego obrazovaniя Serbii ne pokrыvaet ežegodnoй potrebnosti okolo 2000 novыh specialistov. V takoй srede razvitiя vozmožnosteй naših universitetov nedostatočno, čtobы predostavitь stolьko specialistov dlя IT-sektora. S drugoй storonы, bez ukrepleniя IT-sektora nevozmožno progressivnoe razvitie našeй эkonomiki.

S 2012/2013 učebnogo goda načala rabotatь programma obučeniя v doktoranture „Informacionno-kommunikacionnыe tehnologii“. Vo vremena evropeйskih i mirovыh integracionnыh processov эto načinanie vneset značitelьnый vklad v lučšee ponimanie mira, v kotorom mы živem, evropeйskih integracionnыh processov i perspektiv našeй stranы v razvivaющemsя mire i evropeйskom kontekste.

Kandidatы s polučennыm srednim obrazovaniem i sdannыm vstupitelьnыm эkzamenom začislяюtsя na bazovoe akademičeskoe obučenie prodolžitelьnostью v 4 goda (8 semestrov) po programme obučeniя „Informacionnыe tehnologii“, s obщeй summoй ballov 240 ESPB, a posle zaщitы dissertacii im vыdaetsя diplom o polučennom vыsšem obrazovanii i professionalьnoe zvanie inženera informacionnыh tehnologiй so stepenью bakalavra.

Dostignutый obъem osnovnыh akademičeskih issledovaniй v razmere 240 ballov ESPB яvlяetsя usloviem dlя začisleniя v akademičeskuю magistraturu, prodolžitelьnostью v odin god (2 semestra), s obщeй summoй ballov 60 ESPB, a posle zaщitы magisterskoй dissertacii kandidatam vыdaetsя diplom o polučennom vыsšem obrazovanii i učenom zvanii magistra-inženera informacionnыh tehnologiй.

Ranee nabrannыe pri obučenii v bakalavriate i magistrature 300 ballov ESPB яvlяюtsя usloviem dlя začisleniя v doktoranturu, kotoraя ocenivaetsя obщeй summoй v 180 ballov ESPB, v tečenie 3 let (6 semestrov). Posle zaщitы doktorskoй dissertacii doktorant polučaet diplom ob okončanii doktoranturы i učenoe zvanie doktora nauk v oblasti эlektrotehniki i vыčislitelьnoй tehniki po programme obučeniя «Informacionnыe i kommunikacionnыe tehnologii».

Pričinы dlя načala izučeniя informacionnыh tehnologiй svяzanы s vыsokim interesom i potrebnostью našego obщestva v inženerah informacionnыh sistem i tehnologiй.
